For example, the need for transparency and achievement of best value in accordance with section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972, means that we provide commercial and residential auction services to many councils on a regular basis. 

We are market leaders in providing robust stock condition data on Local Authority properties for a variety of objectives including scoping surveys, planned maintenance, asset management, PFIs and ALMOs. 

Savills development and planning teams regularly provide consultancy advice to local government around the country. This may take the form of setting up joint venture and development vehicles, or preparing planning applications for a variety of operational requirements.
