Members of the public services team have been working with a number of PCTs including, Provider Services and Commissioning Services, to assist them to achieve separation and to work with them to examine their estates and infrastructure needs. Our services assist clients seeking to ensure that the services are delivered from the right location and that Provider Services are able to cost their services accurately going forward.  Also, we have been working on a joint venture strategic estates development model to hold properties for PCTs.

In additions, Savills' specialist healthcare team, based throughout the UK, offer a bespoke range of property services to meet the particular requirements of the full spectrum of Care Providers and their Funders, to include individual home owners, corporate providers, RSLs, Not-for-Profit operators and investors.

In addition to providing valuation, agency and associated advice for care homes, the team also offers such services in respect of independent hospitals, medical centres/primary care (Including LIFT schemes), childcare and specialist facilities.
