Kettering Borough Council
- Savills urban design team is lead consultant for what is known as Kettering Futures, which is a wide range of planning and design initiatives to take forward and guide the regeneration of Kettering Town Centre.
- This is a package of planning, design and implementation projects that seek to take forward the regeneration of the town centre, through the active involvement of the public.
- These projects all contribute towards a user friendly Area Action Plan and will also take forward early win regeneration projects, including the implementation of a redesigned Market Place, set within the historic centre of the town (due for completion Autumn 2009).
