The core national Public Sector Team is responsible for resourcing bespoke property service teams from within the company that are best suited to meet the specific needs of our clients. We draw on Savills extensive strength in depth across all aspects of transactional and consultancy advice within all the major property sectors to create specialist teams for each assignment. Added to this, we apply the benefits of local knowledge through our comprehensive network of regional offices.

William Donger
Director
William is a National Director and Head of Housing Investment Consultancy. His experience covers both commercial and residential property and his expertise covers a wide range of corporate, institutional, public sector and private clients both in London and in the Regions. For over 13 years, he has been involved in the implementation of agreed portfolio policy covering development, asset management and performance analysis for St Johns College and Christ Church College, Oxford.
William is now leading the development of Savills business in the public sector.
Val Knight
Director
Val is a Director within the Public Services team. She has worked extensively for the public sector on a range of education, health, housing and regeneration projects where she has worked for both Central and Local Government clients.
As co-author of the Report on Operational PFI projects (2005), which informed HM Treasury's policy document "Strengthening Long Term Partnerships, she has considerable experience of Private Finance Units across government departments and on Private Finance Initiative (PFI) policy issues. Val's recent work within the Public Sector has also included a two-year secondment to the commercial team at Partnerships for Schools to assist with the Building Schools for the Future programme and the development of Local Education Partnership (LEP) investment model.
Oliver Fursdon MA MSc MRICS FAAV
Surveyor
Oliver focuses on providing public and private sector clients with strategic and asset management advice in relation to property portfolios, estates and individual holdings. He also advises on the disposal of commercial property at auction.
Recently, Oliver has been involved in advising the Homes and Communities Agency on site appraisals and acquisitions, as well as providing development consultancy and adverse possession advice to the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. He also manages Savills involvement on several national property frameworks, including Royal Mail and the Homes and Communities Agency, and he coordinates Savills public sector work throughout the UK.
